Cancellation Policy - Reservations may be cancelled up to 2pm, 7 days prior to the day of arrival without incurring cancellation charges. Cancellations received within this period will incur a cancellation charge of one night's accommodation. All cancellations must be received in writing and if emailed you will receive a reply confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive a reply we have not received your email and the reservation will stand.
